Prelisting paperwork

The first phase of our work together will be center on preparation. We’ll review your home’s market analysis together and decide on the listing price.


Market Prep

We’ll go through your home together to identify any potential issues that could be problematic to buyers and prep it for the photos.


Presentation

In addition to being published on your local MLS, the details will be fed out to thousands of other websites across the web. Once we’re live, we’ll host an Open House, and schedule any private showings. As long as we’ve priced your home for the market, it’s reasonable to expect offers within the first two weeks.
